These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of blackouttintlv.com and the window tinting services provided by Blackout Tint ("we," "us," or "our") in Las Vegas, Nevada. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services & Appointments

• Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide; final pricing may vary based on vehicle type, glass condition, film selection, and requested coverage, and will be confirmed before work begins.
• Appointment times are reserved for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible.
• Installation times are estimates and may vary by vehicle.

Tint Laws & Compliance

Window tint darkness and reflectivity are regulated by state law. We advise customers on applicable requirements, but the vehicle owner is responsible for ensuring their vehicle complies with the laws of the state(s) where it is registered and driven.

Aftercare

Newly installed film requires a curing period. Do not roll down windows for three days after installation, and avoid ammonia-based cleaners. Light haze or small moisture pockets during curing are normal and resolve on their own.

Warranty

Film products are covered against defects such as bubbling, peeling, and discoloration per the applicable film warranty. Warranty coverage applies to the original vehicle and installation, does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or improper cleaning, and requires proof of purchase. Contact us with any warranty questions before booking removal or replacement elsewhere.

Vehicles & Property

We take great care with every vehicle. Please remove valuables before drop-off. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, aftermarket electronics issues unrelated to our work, or items left in the vehicle.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. All major payment types are accepted.
